After not seeing the dude for about a year it was good to see Devon and catch up. One of the sharpest dudes on and off a bike. Here’s some portrait photos I shot while we were out riding street plus a suicide no-hander that Sellers took. Oh, and scope the sMc sticker on his down tube. Stoked on that. More photos after the jump.

THAILAND TAKEOVER | #1
I documented the majority of my experience in Bangkok, Thailand and will be releasing the pictures in segments with a combination of riding, lifestyle, and other random shit off both my DSLR and phone camera. It was an amazing experience with the best dudes. The differences in culture, food, weather, and everything in between were almost polar opposites compared to the states. Overall, the people are nicer, the weather is hotter, everything is cheaper, and the riding is intense. All the people riding out there have so much passion and so much fun with it. Very thankful to have taken part in the scene. This wouldn’t have been possible without Bombtrack Bicycle Co., Zane Meyer, and Petch. Other thanks to Dew, Jaoa, Nat, JD, and everybody else who made sure we didn’t kill ourselves out there. THANK YOU THAILAND!
Us Versus Them | Thailand Photos
A few shots from the Thailand Takeover trip from myself and Jason Sellers got thrown up on the Us Versus Them blog. Check them out here. Photo by Jason Sellers.
I’ll be posting up some of the photos I got from this trip later this week, stay tuned.
SOYng RSK | 2014
New edit from RSK coming in real hot. Big grinds and solid barspins. Dude has balls for sure. Doing it for Us Versus Them.
CAN’T FOOL THE YOUTH | THAILAND TAKEOVER.
For this upcoming spring break, Zane Meyer, Steven Jensen, Jonathan Davis, RSK, Jason Sellers, Jakob Santos, Devon Lawson, Josh Boothby, Colby Elrick, and myself are taking a trip to Thailand for the upcoming Can’t Fool the Youth 3 premiere + FGFS trick competition on April 5th. We’re going to be filming for an upcoming Can’t Fool the Youth road trip edition as well. So stoked to have this opportunity to go with my friends and it wouldn’t be possible without the help of Zane and Bombtrack Bicycle Co. See you then Bangkok!
Throwback | Five Tricks With Wizard
Marwin “Wizard” Ou was a force to be reckoned with in the early Long Beach FGFS scene (2008-2011). Unfortunately, his involvement with fixed gear is now minimal; this was just about the last edit he put out. His technicality on flat ground was unmatched, as shown in this edit. Or, as it used to be called, “Wizardry”.
Steven Jensen | Footjam Whip
Steven Jensen | Handrail by Phil Arellano
Sweet shot of Jensen hitting a handrail for Spike Parts. Always great photos coming from Phil.
Jonathan Davis | Steep Handrail
Shot of JD hitting one hell of a handrail for Can’t Fool the Youth. Jonny Dirt manly as can be.
Can’t Fool The Youth | Devon Lawson.
Parts from the 2nd edition of Can’t Fool the Youth are slowly starting to trickle on to the internet with the coming up of the 3rd edition via CHOP EM DOWN FILMS, and this one does not disappoint! Devon is easily one of the cleanest dudes in FGFS. Has his own style and so many sick tricks. Slum through this one together super nicely too, with an awesome intro haha. Don’t miss this one. Bar over the Cherry gap is ridiculous.
