A few weeks ago was the first time I met LA local shredder Jonathan Thompson. Needless to say, the dude fucking kills it, and his riding never sees the light of day. As promised, Matt’s edit came out today to promote the new Ruff Bike Co. Can Rims. Its been a little while since Matt has put out his own solo edit and it’s definitely been worth the wait! You can count on him to deliver fucking quality riding and creativity that nobody else fucks with. Brakes have been trending lately but Matt is at the forefront of it and taking full advantage of it with so many insane abubacas in this edit and different tire tap combos. Personal favorite trick in this was the footplant keo variation at 4:04. Executed so perfectly. Matt can do anything from tech to huge gaps as proven in this edit. One of his best pieces to date. Don’t sleep on this one bit. SKRT
The long awaited Super Bowl Sunday video (which is seeming like is gonna be an annual thing now) by Wheel Talk is back for its second run featuring a whole grip of bay area shredders. To sum this video up, Josh Silva is a maniac. Everyone else shreds hard of course, but Josh Silva can seemingly hold a hang five forever and is a nutter for trying to backflip that ramp at the end. Such an underrated rider for sure. I love the vibe of this one. Such a sense of camaraderie with all these dudes. Making me wish I was out there to spend the day with them, DON’T MISS THIS ONE! Adam Wells just dropped this little raw style video with clips from Gus Molina, Shane Hunt, and Arjuna. Really good clips in here, Shane has been progressing a ton lately and Gus’ grind combos are getting super dialed. Nice one guys!
