BLISSTAPE V.2

Corey San Agustin just dropped the second installment of “Blisstapes”. These have yet to disappoint. So many solid iPhone clips from such a variety of riders with different styles makes for a really entertaining edit to watch a few times over. Too much pegless sickness going on in here. CSK Jam

Well, the CSK Jam went off on Sunday, to say the least. So many FGFS dudes showed up from all over LA and more. It was easily one of the sickest FGFS events ever. The vibes were great, the riding was intense, and spirits were high. Huge shout out to Jacob Ruff and Matt Spencer for organizing such a great event. Fixed gear freestyle is alive and well in southern California. Ratpack Lucas was there capturing the whole event, so I’m very excited to see how it comes together.

This was the only picture I managed to get while we were at the first spot, and to give you an idea of how many people showed up, there were still a ton of kids that were out of frame.

The East | Tom LaMarche

Tom Briggs with Skitch just released this new-old stock video of Tom in Toronto and Philly. Even though the footage is from 2012, it still has some insane stuff in here. The nosie down the big stairset and the other nose down the long 3 block were some stand outs for sure. Check this out. Beautifully shot by Tom Briggs as well.

Chop Em Down Films | BANGKOK BOUND Teaser

The official teaser for the “Bangkok Bound” video (AKA Thailand Takeover) from when myself, Steven Jensen, Josh Boothby, Anthony Combs, Devon Lawson, Jonathan Davis, and RSK took a trip out to Bangkok to film and ride is out. Perfect lyric matching. Stoked to see the final product form this.

Robert Rice Leftovers

Happy Halloween everybody. As a treat, I just released Robert’s edit that was supposed to be his welcome to LDG footage, but he ended up getting a new frame so we have to re film with it. So these are “leftovers”, but the riding is still proper. Robert has such a unique style and I’m proud to have him as sMc fam. Enjoy.

SHIOKAZE FINAL

The most famous competition in Japan, the annual SHIOKAZE event, has finally hit it’s final year after 7 consecutive years of throwing the event. Funny took 1st and it was well deserved, although everybody else killed it too. All good things must come to an end, and this event was a staple in the Japanese FGFS scene. Every year it’s seemed like everybody has so much fun and the vibes are always positive. Definitely worth a look. Devourfilms did a good job at putting this one together, as always.
