JAKOB BRUCH x MASTER COURTTEK V2

Another Courttek V2 edit spawns! This time around we’ve got the fixed gear nomad himself Jakub Bruch on his new signature Wine Red Courttek V2 build showcased by the lovely Satoshi behind the lens. Jakub is one of my favorite riders to watch because he’s pushing the envelope of pegless jibs. The front pedal feeble 180 back foot pedal feeble at 0:49 and the feeble switch foot ender at 1:58 were two major standout tricks for me. Everything else is dripping in style too.

Pre-order one of his signature Courttek V2 framesets here!

MASTER COURTTEK V2 PRE-ORDER NOW AVAILABLE

THE DAY HAS COME. The long awaited Master Courttek V2 is here for pre order! Along with this news and 6 colorways we’re introduced to the brand new Master 2025 Trick Track team lineup which includes:

Devan Gallagher, Satoshi Hashimoto, Max Corcoran, Jakub Bruch, and myself as the only alumni of the group! An absolutely killer squad if you ask me.

Here’s what Master has to say about the drop:

“The wait is over. The Master Bike Co Courttek is back! For the V2 we have reinforced the seat tube cutout, changed to integrated headset and have added 2 new sizes to the lineup (size 48 and 58). Additionally, the frameset can be purchased in brakeless or v-brake configurations. Frames now come with matching 700c chopstick forks as well as headset and seatpost collars included. Our team riders put in countless hours riding and tweaking our factory samples to perfect the frame’s geometry and durability in order to create the ultimate tricktrack riding experience.

Every element of the frame has been carefully crafted with intention and precision. The Courttek frame can accommodate tires up to 45c+ with ample barspin clearance, and it features one of the shortest rear ends on the market, ensuring exceptional maneuverability and control. While the Courttek’s styling and design pay homage to the classic track frames of the past, it has been expertly engineered to address the shortcomings and design flaws of earlier bike models.

From the materials used to the carefully designed geometry, every aspect of the Courttek frame has been selected and crafted with the rider’s experience in mind. The result is a highly responsive and versatile frame that is perfect for riders who demand the best in both performance and style.

700c Wheel size, Full Heat Treated Chromoly, 10mm (3/8”) dropouts, 120mm rear hub spacing, English threaded bb, 27.2 Seatpost, Includes Master 700c Chopstick fork, Includes Master seat post clamp and integrated headset

It will take roughly 3 months from the close of the preorder to manufacture and ship these bikes. Each frameset will ship individually so you will not see any cost savings for shipping by combining orders. Preorder will be open from Sunday Sept 14- Sept 28.”

Alongside the 5 signature colors is a special edition woodland camo colorway, making for 6 colors total in this drop. Once this pre-order is done you will not be able to get a Courttek V2, so now is your only time! Snag one here!

NOS LDG Coffin Sprockets Available For Purchase!

We recently took a trip to the mythical LDG warehouse, a land surrounded by rumor and wonder, to see if there were still parts in there that needed saving. Sure enough, there is still a big warehouse filled with gems of the past! Among them were a large amount of these LDG Coffin sprockets just sitting in a bin going to waste. So we bought the stock off of them for us to resell here! Coming at a time where splined sprockets are getting harder to come by, we felt this was a good product to rescue and make available to the people.

Sprockets are available in 27t, 30t, and 33t in 19mm spindle size. There were 25t sprockets in there too but I didn’t take any, so if there is a desire for 25t let me know and I’ll go grab some from the warehouse.

These are now available on our webstore for $40, snag one here!

FIXATED FRAME FIRST LOOK

This week Fixated teased a first look at an upcoming “Vigorous” frame in development. We don’t have details yet, but the Euro scene is going to benefit heavily from a more local buying option. I’m excited to see more. Word is Ritchie’s building it this week, so stay tuned for that on the Fixated IG!

FIXATED COMP 3 ANNOUNCED

Fixated Comp 3 is ON! Ritchie with Fixated out in the Netherlands is back for the 3rd year in a row to put on one of the biggest comps of the year on August 24th. It’s gonna be a good one, save the date! Keep up with Fixated on IG for location announcements.

Farewell Courttek V1 Build

I’ve been riding this exact frame for nearly 3 years now. It’s technically the 2nd Master Courttek prototype and even has a special engraving on the bottom bracket with my name on it, which the production versions didn’t have. It’s time to say goodbye though.

My good friend Paul and I shot some final pics of the bike to commemorate it and put it to rest properly. I’m not usually that sentimental about my own bikes, but I’ve become really close with this one for probably obvious reasons. I never thought I’d have my name on a frame and I’m still blown away by the amount of people that wanted to buy a frame that had my name on it. Seriously big thank you to everyone who snagged one.

Why are we saying goodbye to it though? All that i’ll say for now is that it’s not because the frame is broken. RIP Courttek build, you served me very very well!
