Sadio Announces Return to FGFS

I never would have thought I’d be saying the words “Sadio” and “2026” in the same sentence. Today on Facebook Sadio just announced that they’ll be hitting the market with some new parts for 2026 (It’s from the official Sadio Facebook that hasn’t posted since 2012, so you know it’s legit). They’re bringing to the table a revamp of the classic Sadio 420 bars called the Sadio Reborn 420 bars, and a revamp of their classic Viper rims now called the Vamper rims.

The new bars are coming in at a shockingly low rise for 2026 at just 4.8″ with a Brokeboyz style 4 piece bar setup. Even though the standard these days is 6″ and up, I don’t think this is actually a bad thing. With the rise of Trick Track and 700c FGFS bikes, there’s a need for more low bar options IMO. Tall bars make bigger bikes feel kind of weird so this might end up being a good option for you 700c / Trick Track lot.

The new rims are a different style from their predecessor coming in with an MTX deep v rim style rather than their original boxy design. They’re going to only be available in 26″ and come in at a weight of 690g, making it a lightweight option compared to some others on the market.

Sadio built a huge legacy during the time they were active from 2010 – 2014, so I have faith that these will be quality parts. I hear they’re even looking to sponsor some riders, so that’s also a good sign that they’re here to support things rather than just take from the scene. Sadio’s branding has always been my favorite part about the company and I think the layouts of these promos alone make me wanna get their stuff in hand.

I haven’t seen any info on when and where these will be available for purchase. They don’t even have an instagram page, so I’ll be keeping an eye on their Facebook for updates and posting it here.

FOAD – NOWHERE FAST, SOMEWHERE SLOW OUT NOW

After what feels like an eternity since it’s initial previewing at SMC 7, Jackson has finally finished this masterpiece that is Nowhere Fast, Somewhere Slow. I’m glad Jackson took his time with this though. It’s nearly an entirely different video from it’s initial version and I think we’ve got an instant classic on our hands.

The talent in this is really fun. We’ve got Jackson, Chase, Evan, Ramona, Macee, Parker, and other friends that we all either know and love or are learning about for the first time. We’ve got a combination of street track riding, crit racing, and insanely high level Trick Track tricks from Jackson and Chase.

All this footage is mixed and matched in such a fun way too. I think Jackson pushed some barriers in editing style and really went for something different. It’s impressive both on a creative level and a technical level and kept my eyes glued the whole time.

This will be on repeat for a while for me. Absolutely crushed it Jackson + gang!
