Oregon’s own Joshua Price is back with the 2nd annual Safety Third trick comp happening in Eugene, Oregon! Going down on the weekend of June 28th and 29th, it’ll be a busy month for trick comps worldwide. Along with the trick comp they’ve got bike polo, an alley cat, games, and more. Sounds like a fun time! Keep up with the latest details here.
We are officially 17 DAYS OUT from our upcoming FGFS competition: the Suck My Comp 5! We’ve got a bunch of free to enter side events in case competing isn’t really your thing where you’ll have a chance to win some dope prizes thanks to our amazing sponsors. We’ve got a best trick jam, footdown, trackstand comp, pogo comp, and more to look forward to. Alongside that obviously is our main competition portion, where the top 5 Pro riders will split the prize pot including our $200 pot bonus while AM winners will be splitting some sweet prizes.
TONS to look forward to, but i’m mostly looking forward to getting the scene together again after a long lull in events. If you’re reading, I hope to see you there and if you’re competing in our main event, don’t forget to PRE REGISTER HERE for $5!
Turf and ourselves are hosting an Instagram grind photo contest. The rules are simple. Just post up a photo to your Instagram of you doing a grind on your FGFS bike and use hashtags #NIGHTSTICKTRICK (make sure there’s an “T” in there as opposed to the flyer) and #TURFBIKES. Two winners will be picked 3/20 and both will receive a pair of Turf Nightstick Pegs. Make sure your Insta accounts are public so we can see em, get at it!
The Japanese trick comp, “Noridaore”, came back for it’s 5th year. Cool stuff went down and it looked like a ton of fun. Funny is always my favorite dude to watch. Here’s the footage put together by Shinya.
A really tight little promo for the upcoming Red Bull Ride + Style Competition in two weeks. Boothby enters a new dimension and messes around on a video game style course. So sick! Can’t wait for this event.
You read that correctly. This is Marco’s throwaway, and yes, it is better than many real edits. We believe Marco has some of the best bike control and style in the game, and if you liked this, his real edit is gonna blow minds. Royal‘s editing was legit too.
