Myself and Penrose went out to film some street yesterday and we both ended up getting pretty hurt. We still managed to snag a few clips though including this rad pole jam hop from Penrose aka @therealbobbyhill . We got to this spot and we discovered that the main part of the spot is now capped. Penrose eyed up this weird bump jump over a pole jam though and sent it after a few goes. Watch out for the clip in his upcoming web edit we’re working on.
A jam is going down in AZ (courtesy of Turf Bikes) this May titled the “Prickly Pear Jam”. AZ FGFS is going off right now and this jam will be as well. 100% rider supported and created. Here’s the official trailer for FOAD‘s upcoming full length DVD, “The Good Times Are Killing Me”. This gets me so stoked to see this and makes me wanna go out and ride. Really loving the mix of Track, Tarck, and FGFS. Makes me wanna ride all three, and I don’t even usually get stoked on track bike riding. Compared to Gang Signs, you can tell FOAD’s production quality improved an insane amount. GET PUMPED SUMMER 2016.
Turf and ourselves are hosting an Instagram grind photo contest. The rules are simple. Just post up a photo to your Instagram of you doing a grind on your FGFS bike and use hashtags #NIGHTSTICKTRICK (make sure there’s an “T” in there as opposed to the flyer) and #TURFBIKES. I really dig these videos in the Cole Clips series. Our dude shot all this on his VX featuring a good variety of riders with different styles. Hector’s first rail hop looks big, Rio’s last trick was fucking awesome, Cole’s riding is always nice and techy + really smooth, and the rest of the footage is solid too. Everyone killing it in here.
