INTRODUCING: our first VX mixtape! We had a lot of fun with this one. Deacon and I split the cost of a VX and he’s been putting it to work. Him and our BMX friend Nico went in for full parts while Deacon pulled out the VX on the rest of the gang during casual / fun sessions. This was a lot of fun to do so this won’t be the last!
As some of you may know, Marco Marquez was part of SMC in 2012-2013, then went into a bit of a hiatus. Fast forward to now, and he’s reemerged back onto an FGFS bike. He must have been training in the hyperbolic time chamber, because he somehow is 10x better than ever. We were extremely happy to hear about Marco returning to the scene and welcomed him back with open arms. I think it’s safe to say he’s one of the most fluid people I’ve ever seen touch an FGFS bike, and this may be some of the best riding these bikes have ever seen. Welcome back Marco, we missed you!
Side note, this is the location of the SUCKMYCOMP 4 going down next week, see you there!
Here’s some sick unused footage Oscar Lopez had laying around his computer from summer. Mostly Oscar, but also some other familiar Culver City heads making appearances. We haven’t seen a ton from Oscar lately, but no doubt that he’s been killing it on the down low. That ender was huge. Marco kills it on BMX, but word on the street is that he’s saving up for a new FGFS build. Looking forward to that.
Here’s some footage that we got a year ago on an outing with myself, Royal HC, and Marco Marquez. Even a year later, the footage is still really good. Marco’s wheelie 3 was insane. Virtually untouched by other riders. (Jimmy Watcha in “Word Is Bond”) Check it out. I always dig raw footage.
Marco’s whip was stolen last night in the west LA area. If you find it, lock it up or beat the shit out of the guy, and contact Marco, the sMc Facebook page, or anybody associated with him.

Get stoked on this one, cause it’s gonna be fire. Miguel Zendejas and Marco Marquez are two of the most low key killers in the game. It’s time for them to shine, and it’s gonna happen here.
Marco has been gone for a minute, but with a new bike setup he’s finally stoked on, he’s been riding more than ever. Here’s a sweet flick of our dude barspinning over Calin. Shot by Michael Guntetong.
sMc rider’s Omar and Marco featured in this one plus the All-City homie Packy and the other homies Michael and Rollin. Real solid clips especially for being scraps!
