WHO IS MIKE SCHMITT – BACK ONLINE
Thanks to the hard working guys over at Fixed Gear Archive (must be some really cool guy running that), the legendary Who Is Mike Schmitt edit that was wiped away from Vimeo is now back online. Enjoy, especially if you’ve never watched it!
STRANGERS
What a treat this one is! The boys put together this tarck masterpiece for Chari & Co. Getting some really good old school vibes from this one and the converted VHS style footage and chill song definitely help, check it out!
Wheel Talk | Press Play
Slum, Mike Schmitt, and Andy Sparks ride through the city, amazing as always!
Mike Schmitt | 60/40
Beautiful shot of Mike Schmitt hitting a 60/40 at a sick spot. Mike always has a different approach to spots. Word is Turf is gonna drop some new products soon, so keep your eyes peeled. Capone frames sold here. Photo by Wolf Drawn
Wheel Talk | Mike Schmitt NY 2015
Wheel Talk just dropped some photos from Mike and Slum heading out to New York for the Red Bull Minidrome event last year. See the full set here!
Mike Schmitt | Word Is Bond
Turf just dropped Mike Schmitt’s individual section from Word Is Bond. This is easily one of my favorite parts from the whole video. Mike is the king of doing things properly improper. Personal favorites have to be the sprocket stall 180 at 2:00, the crook right after it, and the ender. If you haven’t seen it, you definitely can’t miss it. If you’ve seen it, give it another watch.
SF COW PALACE FGFS BEST TRICK COMP
Cow Palace and Josh Silva teamed up for this best trick comp going down November 21st in San Francisco. It’s last minute, but you don’t wanna miss it. Cash and product prizes and a good ass time with a bunch of fellow FGFS riders. What more could you ask for? Doors open at 10am, be there no later than 12pm! Supported by Turf Bikes, Wheel Talk, and yours truly, SMC.
Stoked On Fixed Bikes | Issue 17
The 17th edition of the legendary SOFB magazine just got put up online. In it contains some sweet pictures of German FGFS jams including Nelson Bell, a couple photos from Thailand here and there, interviews, some coverage of the Red Bull Ride + Style 2014 event, and much more. Check it out here!

X-MAS Break Edit Catchup.
As the holidays started and attention has been slightly turned away from the computer, everybody decided to drop rad videos! The past week has been great for FGFS.
To start, the Turf Bikes official “Word is Bond” promo dropped, and it looks killer. Slum editing always top notch. Got me real stoked to see the full thing.
Then, sMc’s own Robert Rice and the rest of the Road Kill Crew dropped their XXX-mas video. Solid riding and great to see some up and coming names. Robert’s suicide’s are unparalleled. Miguel’s feeble hard 180’s on lock.
Next is a little 5ONIT one day edit featuring dynamic duo Valentin Racho and Jimmy Watcha. Such good riding from both of them, as expected.
Lastly, here’s Emico’s first edit out of Japan. This chick can shred.
