FOAD announced this edit a few days ago and it felt like we had to wait forever for it cause I was so excited to watch this. Definitely worth the wait. As most of you know, Jimmy Watcha is one o the few FGFS people that are really pushing the envelope these days of what’s possibly on these crazy bikes. Watcha does BMX caliber tricks and lines seemingly with ease in this new part to kick off 2019. Personal favorites have to be the drop ice 180 line at 3:20, the nose bonk 180 to pegs line right after it, and the predator line at 3:45. Don’t sleep on the rest of the clips though, this two song web edit is packed full of so many goodies that you’ll have to watch twice or even three times to catch. DON’T SLEEP ON THE KID! Also, stoked on Jackson’s filming for this one, always easy on the eyes.
Holy shit! Matt just dropped the first of 5 promos in celebration of the drop of the new SLEEPER framesets that just dropped (go cop here). This is some of Matt’s best riding to date! Shit really heats up around the 1:30 mark. That footplant spin 180 clip at 1:42 is one of my favorite clips i’ve seen in a while, so creative! Speechless on this one. Jackson put some serious work in for this tarck edit for Constantine bikes. He’s got some serious fucking bike control on that thing. Backlash pull forward pickup bar 180 like what? Thats some next level tarckery. The way this is put together is super on point too. Jackson knows how to make shit look good. There isn’t a single clip in this edit that isn’t a banger so there’s no point in even calling out specific tricks. WE SQUADDED THE FUCK UP last Sunday and got together for a super fun day edit at one of the most amazing skateparks around, Stanton. There’s honestly nothing better than getting together with your friends and pushing each other to do tricks. Check it out. A Turf x Suckmycog production.
So this is the longest it’s ever taken me to put out a new edit. The last edit I dropped was in 2015 after the El Toro crash. Recovering since then has been hard. My feet and ankles are so much more prone to injury now and re-injury was occurring throughout this entire filming process. Adding school and work into the mix, finding the time to film stuff was difficult. Two years later though, enough footage stacked up until I realized, “wait, I have over 3 minutes of stuff, I think this is done.” While I don’t know if it’s my best work, I’m still really proud of the final product. Hope you guys enjoy. Also, this wouldn’t of been possible without the support from the SMC fam, especially Deacon for always being down to help me out and film. He really made this happen.
Matt just dropped this awesome park edit for Capone. Matt has so much flow and so much bike control, watching him ride is always a treat. All of these parks he hit up in who knows where all look like so much fun, Matt definitely takes advantage of em’. Getting too good with that rear brake. Don’t miss this!
