A jam is going down in AZ (courtesy of Turf Bikes) this May titled the “Prickly Pear Jam”. AZ FGFS is going off right now and this jam will be as well. 100% rider supported and created. SF COW PALACE FGFS BEST TRICK COMP

Cow Palace and Josh Silva teamed up for this best trick comp going down November 21st in San Francisco. It’s last minute, but you don’t wanna miss it. Cash and product prizes and a good ass time with a bunch of fellow FGFS riders. What more could you ask for? Doors open at 10am, be there no later than 12pm! Supported by Turf Bikes, Wheel Talk, and yours truly, SMC.

HARNESS THE GNARNESS | OAKLAND 2014

The official Harness The Gnarness edit is out with a collab from Wheel Talk, Locked Cog, Ramon, Alex Gonzalez, and more. So many different people contributing for an edit made for such great coverage of the event. Tons of bangers went down and a bunch of people showed up and killed it. This event looked like a ton of fun. If this becomes an annual thing, it would be so sick to go next year.  Also, take a moment to pause your screen at 7:24 and appreciate the beauty that is Gus Molina.

SHIOKAZE FINAL

The most famous competition in Japan, the annual SHIOKAZE event, has finally hit it’s final year after 7 consecutive years of throwing the event. Funny took 1st and it was well deserved, although everybody else killed it too. All good things must come to an end, and this event was a staple in the Japanese FGFS scene. Every year it’s seemed like everybody has so much fun and the vibes are always positive. Definitely worth a look. Devourfilms did a good job at putting this one together, as always.

CSK x WOLFDRAWN DOWNTOWN LA JAM | OFFICIAL FLYER

The official flyer for the CSK + Wolfdrawn street jam just got released. Heres the details:

  • Sunday November 2nd

  • Meet at Staples Center Ledge at 11 AM
    Exact coordinates are (34.041903, -118.267634)
    Plug into maps for location
    Nearest blue line station is Pico
  • All spots will be revealed the day of

  • Jam format for one big fun sesh

  • We will be riding spot to spot and won’t be cruising too far

  • Don’t forget to bring tools, tubes, and lock

  • $5 entry fee to compete

  • Will be Amateur and Pro class levels

  • Anyone is allowed to enter as long as its fixed

  • Prizes will be given out at every spot during jam

  • There will also be overall winners for each class at the end

  • Pro class overall winner wins cash pot

  • Use #CSKJAM when posting photos on Instagram

This jam is for the riders by the riders and is shaping up to be a solid event. We will be cruising around hitting some of DTLA gem spots while everyone tricks out. The amateur overall winner will be given a grip of prizes at the end and ALL of the entry fees will go to the pro class overall winner. Throughout the contest when riders bust a sick trick prizes will be given out, so don’t forget backpacks. Phil Arelanno will be taking photos and Lucas Bockelmann will be taping it all for an edit. Spread the word and bring the fun.
