Introducing – THE LOCKUP

Our good friends at Slow Spin Society unveiled a brand new online bike gallery called The Lockup! If you remember the days of velospace where people from across the globe would upload their cool Fixed Gear builds for all to see, this project is meant to replace that void.

The instructions are simple, just visit this page and follow the instructions from there. Let’s flood the site with some cool FGFS builds!

Jacob Ruff – Putting The Sleeper To Rest

The Ruff Sleeper is no more. Ruff Bike Co. head honcho Jacob Ruff gives us a rundown on his final Sleeper build. Although he’s currently on a different, new bike (new name is set, but confidential), it’s still worth giving the rundown on his previous build cause it was a good one. Forkone Bike Check

Been loving these bike checks from Satoshi. In this one we get a look into the elusive Forkone’s Volume Cutter V5 build! Thanks to Satoshi, he put english subtitles on them so we can understand what he’s saying. Many thanks for that.

Satoshi Hashimoto – Bike Check

While Satoshi was in town for SMC 6 I pulled him aside to snag some photos of him and his Courttek. Although the setup may be a bit dated for some, it was an honor to meet him him and ride his bike. It’s set up almost exactly the way I prefer my Trick Track bikes. I have a bunch of other people’s bikes to post up from this same setup, so lookout for some more bike checks. Johnathan Ball – Ruff Bike Check 2024

As I mentioned when I posted up my Resist announcement last week, here’s a photo bike check and breakdown of the current Ruff whip I’m rolling on. This is genuinely my favorite iteration of all my 26″ builds so far both looks wise and feel wise. It gets me stoked to ride whenever I just take a look at my bike.
