Chase Henley (Yung Prodigy) put in some serious work for his recent welcome to Ruff Bike Co web edit. Word on the street is that he has a new edit in the works (not produced by us), so that’s definitely something to look forward to at the end of summer. For now, enjoy him falling a lot.

ANNOUNCEMENT: SUCK MY COMP RETURNS THIS NOVEMBER!
You read that right, Suck My Comp is officially BACK ON! After a 2 year hiatus thanks to covid, Suck My Comp 5 is taking place this November 19th in good ol’ Long Beach at Mcbride skatepark. FGFS events are few and far between, so I highly suggest you make it out.
If you’re competing, pre-register HERE!
More details:
- If you have an FGFS frame sponsor, you will automatically be placed into the “PRO” division.
- “PRO” winners will take home cash while “AM” winners will take home prizes.
- All entry fees go directly into the pot for the pro division winners to take home.
- We will also be contributing extra $$$ from our pockets as a pot bonus.
- There will be multiple sub events that are free to enter to get everyone involved!
- Time: 10AM Pacific time
- Date: November 19th, 2022
- Location: Mcbride Skatepark, 1550 Martin Luther King Jr Ave, Long Beach, CA 90813
- If you plan on competing, I would highly recommend pre-registering here. It helps us organize better plus it’s cheaper for you. If that isn’t an option for you though, you can register day-of for $10.
- Would recommend bringing a chair if you’re just spectating.
- Please be on time. We will have a 30 minute grace period to allow you to show up, but we will start without you if you aren’t present.

Social media algorithms are pretty messed up these days, so please please please help spread the word and lets make this weekend a good old fashioned fixie freestyle palooza! See you in November!
Also big thanks to our sponsors Ruff, FOAD, Destroy, Master, Fixated, Broke Boyz, CSK, Hook Straps, Gus Molina, THEORY, Throne, and Merritt for helping make this happen.
JBall’s Volume Thrasher Build
DREAM BIKE BUILD – VOLUME THRASHER V1
I recently built up my young self’s 2010 mid school FGFS dream bike: the Volume Thrasher V1. Deacon and Pizza joined me to help build it up and then we went to film some tricks at the local parking lot. Hope you enjoy this video as much as I’m enjoying this bike! (Probably not)
Marco Marquez Bike Check
PRIVILEGED BREAD 5
5th installment of our dad cam series. Featuring a lot of the squad and a lot of the local animals.
Johnathan Ball // Still Here 2022
Will I ever stop filming edits? Some day sure, but luckily that day isn’t here yet. Here’s my 2022 web edit for Ruff Bike Co. Although life continues to constrict free time, I think it’s important to make time to do things you enjoy. For me, that’s riding bikes and making edits. Filmed in Atlanta and all over SoCal. Big thank you to everyone who held a camera for this thing. Also huge thanks to Ruff Bike Co as always for all the support. Enjoy!
JOHNATHAN BALL 2022 EDIT PREMIERING MONDAY
This Monday at 6pm Pacific Time, I’ll be releasing my 2022 web edit “Still Here” that I’ve been working on for the last year. Join us for the premiere here!

Boyz Are Back In Town
Oscar just dropped this day edit from a session we had a while back! All your favorite SoCal boys are in this one and we had a damn good time that day. Oscar captured it all nice and proper with some crispy production.
DEACON WONG – BRAKE BULLY 2022 WEBBY
As promised yesterday, here’s Deacon’s latest VX web edit: Brake Bully! Deacon constantly surprises me with his riding. He won’t wanna do a trick for weeks and then out of nowhere he’ll flip a switch and hit something like that ender. Give it a watch and let us know what you think!
Edited by Doocan himself, filmed by the homies
