The new batch of 26″ Master Hightek frames (dropping Dec. 2nd 3pm PST) has been revealed! These colors are looking absolutely NUTS. Probably some of the craziest colors a production batch of frames has ever offered. Available will be:
First of all, I’d like to let everyone know relatively informally that Master is dropping their much anticipated 2023 26″ Hightek frames THIS SATURDAY (December 2nd). In the buildup to that, Kareem just released these really cool, really limited supply of Master Puf pants. These wide bois come in black cargo and red corduroy and are available starting at $115. Along with the drop came some really cool shots of Kareem on both of his wheeled devices of choice. Snag a pair here while they last!
You may have gotten teasers of our new 2023 merch line via some Suck My Comp 6 content, but the entire line is now available online!
It’s been over 3 years since we’ve offered merch, so we’re really excited to show these off. We’ve got 4 items available: 2 shirts, 1 hat, and a bike bottle. Note: We made limited quantities to begin with, so after we sold a bunch at the Suck My Comp, it’ll be extra limited for this online drop.
First up we’ve got our “Shimmer Tee“, with our fresh new logo glimmering in the California sun by the coast. Printed on very high quality Comfort Colors tees, for that oversized pre-loved feel.
Next up is a crowd favorite, the “Knee Pain” tee. Fixed Gear riders know it all too well. I am not a medical doctor though so I unfortunately cannot actually help you. Also printed on Comfort Colors tees.
Next up is a good old fashion dad hat with our new logo on it. Pigment dyed port and company blanks which are fade proof, so they say.
Last up is a special one, the Slum bike bottle. Slum sweat not included. Design approved by the man himself.
All designs were made by legend and one of my heroes Mike T. Schmitt, so it was an honor to bring these ones to life. Grab the whole collection HERE while you can, cause I might not being these ones back!
This might be old news to some of you, but I wanted to wait till I got some c r i s p y pictures of all the new products. The 2023 Volume + Resist line is HERE. A lot of us have been dreaming for this day to come and I actually still can’t believe it’s here.
Available on this first (and certainly not the last) drop are Thrasher frames, Cutter frames, Resist pivotal saddles, seatposts, seatclamps, and tires. The purple Thrasher and white Cutter are available at any of your local bike shops who carry Volume products while the gold Cutter and pink Thrasher are exclusively available on the Volume / Resist website. Only 15 of each size were made in the website exclusive colors.
These dudes were nice enough to shoot me a Thrasher frame so look out for my build with that soon. In the meantime you can grab some items from this drop on the Resist website HERE
If there’s one thing that’s certain in this world, it’s that Destroy Bikes = quality. Here we get a first look at the new 26″ 2023 Destroy Unicorn Killer Comps and may I say, these look absolutely beautiful. Unique paint jobs, USA made, geometry on point. While these may be on the steeper end of the market at $600, you won’t find this kind of craftsmanship anywhere else. Order one today HERE!
Here’s what Destroy had to say plus the dirty details on these frames:
“We are introducing the UNICORN KILLER COMP for below average height riders and those seeking a smaller frame for technical riding.
With the idea always being that the UNICORN KILLER COMP would be put though constant torture we complimented this frame with one of our strongest rear ends and dropouts that fit 14mm axels.
This is WILD. Volume Bikes making Fixed Gears… in 2023! While Epic already broke the news, here’s an exclusive high res look at the frames that Volume will be dropping in a couple weeks. They’ll be re-releasing the Cutter and the Thrasher. Essentially a V7 Cutter and a V3 Thrasher. I think they’re just testing the waters a bit with the market, so it looks like they’re just dropping these colorways for now in limited quantities. I’m digging that purple a lot.
From what I’ve heard, the Cutter is looking to fit 45c tires just like the V6, but with unchanged track style geometry. So that’s pretty cool news. This isn’t all that Volume and Resist are cooking up, so keep your head on a swivel for more info.
Also look out for a chance to win one of these frames as a raffle prize for our upcoming Suck My Comp 6 competition!
Today Fixated furthers their now wide variety of components, now with their own stem! This thing is looking slick. Reminiscent of the Unknown topload stem from back in the day. A few details:
In this week’s episode of Off Track, we’re back with just the boys discussing sparkling water, competitions, leg over skids, unsponsored riders, and much much more. Enjoy!
The industry gold standard of driver hubs, the Master 64, are now back in stock! One new aspect of this drop is the option to order these in a 3/8th axle rather than 14mm. Great news for Thrasher, Cutter, and most Trick Track riders! The bolt on cog adapter is a must do for track riders too.
Alongside the hubs dropping, Master now has some shiny new Top Caps and Seatpost Clamps for sale.
