The now legendary Prickly Pear Jam in Arizona is done and everybody is still buzzing off the energy it brought to the community. I planned on taking more video and making an edit, but Mike and Slum seemed to have that covered and I was having too much fun riding with all these dudes to really put my bike down. I picked up my camera a bit though in between riding to cool off a bit and hide from the AZ heat and heres what I got. Easily one of the best FGFS events I’ve ever been to.
Wheel Talk has been dropping day galleries of all of us out in AZ soaking up the 100 degree heat and enjoying each other’s company out in Arizona for the Prickly Pear Jam 2016 that just went down. Mike Schmitt‘s newest edit is so fucking good. He gave me a little sneak peak a couple days ago and I was instantly stoked on it before even seeing it. Mike is one of the most exciting dudes to watch on a bike cause you never know what he’s gonna do while running up to a setup. The 1 hand x-up sub was definitely one of those cases. That was the last thing I expected to see and it’s one of my favorite clips in this edit. Mike’s overall riding is looking so dialed these days and it’s great to see him taking advantage of all the insane Arizona spots. Really feeling the way this was put together too. Mike always comes through with sick editing. DON’T SLEEP ON THIS ONE!!
Sesh Tape is getting deeper and deeper in to its legacy and the content is still better than ever. Matt always puts in the best B-Roll along with the best riding making for every video being entertaining as fuck. This one features a grip of different riders with different styles. Worth a few watches for sure. Sick to see some footage of Kareem. Congo’s riding looking real dialed in here.

As promised, Matt’s edit came out today to promote the new Ruff Bike Co. Can Rims. Its been a little while since Matt has put out his own solo edit and it’s definitely been worth the wait! You can count on him to deliver fucking quality riding and creativity that nobody else fucks with. Brakes have been trending lately but Matt is at the forefront of it and taking full advantage of it with so many insane abubacas in this edit and different tire tap combos. Personal favorite trick in this was the footplant keo variation at 4:04. Executed so perfectly. Matt can do anything from tech to huge gaps as proven in this edit. One of his best pieces to date. Don’t sleep on this one bit. SKRT
