First of all, today is Deacon’s birthday. Go give him some bday love on his IG.
Second of all, Deacon’s Courttek build has changed a bunch throughout his time having it. Although we’ve shot pics of it already, it’s basically a completely different build now. So we got out to a good ol’ basketball court with our buddy Josh and snapped some pics! (Full set and details after the jump)
One of the pioneers of our sport, Tom Mosher, is officially posting videos again!! The weather in Canada is finally getting to not freezing temperatures so Tom got out one night to get some tricks and a bike check in on his new camera. This is amazing to see in the year 2025. His bike is a living piece of history (and super janky lol someone get this man a bike) and his tricks seem like they haven’t lost a step. I hope Tom keeps putting more stuff out cause this was an unexpected treat!
Ben from England coming through with this cool edit from some recent sessions and events. I really like the diversity of the UK scene. Tons of styles, bikes, and big characters. England riders are really starting to establish their own lane and I hope it continues to grow because historically it’s had a really hot and cold scene. Hopefully this series continues!
Love that Chris is putting some clips together the long way. He’s really been putting together some next level combos for Resist lately, love to see it.
I’ve been riding this exact frame for nearly 3 years now. It’s technically the 2nd Master Courttek prototype and even has a special engraving on the bottom bracket with my name on it, which the production versions didn’t have. It’s time to say goodbye though.
My good friend Paul and I shot some final pics of the bike to commemorate it and put it to rest properly. I’m not usually that sentimental about my own bikes, but I’ve become really close with this one for probably obvious reasons. I never thought I’d have my name on a frame and I’m still blown away by the amount of people that wanted to buy a frame that had my name on it. Seriously big thank you to everyone who snagged one.
Why are we saying goodbye to it though? All that i’ll say for now is that it’s not because the frame is broken. RIP Courttek build, you served me very very well!
Love me a day edit! The Onstag3 boys Jaewoo and Hyosuk (my recent favorite 700c duo) just dropped this fresh Seoul day edit where they ride a new spot that basically looks like a mini skatepark. Hyosuk’s barspins are looking super clean and Jaewoo is just really becoming one of my favorite riders. Killer stuff here.
French media producer amour projekt just dropped the 3rd episode of Unrestricted Motion featuring most of the key players in the French scene like Ismael, fakijoe, and Guillaume alongside Fixated’s Youri. Short but fun project with some park, street, and flatland clips in the mix with some nice filming and cool editing. MIssed out on the first couple installments in this series so I’ve linked them below also. Keep these coming!
Josh with Safety Third in Oregon has finally been getting around to sharing coverage of the competition held last year in Eugene! He just sent over this really nice gallery shot by Jacob Martin to get people pumped on the competition happening again this year on the weekend of June 28th. Check out event details for this year’s upcoming event here!
