I see potential
Another edit emerged from the recent Fukuoka Loco Japanese competition! This one is more straight to the point showing off all the tricks. Loving all the styles in this!

It’s been a while since we’ve seen a contest out of Japan (or anywhere for that matter), but YSO put on the “Fukuoka Loco” competition this past weekend and it looked like a bunch of fun. It’s really great to see the Japan scene in full effect. They house some of my favorite riders and really bring a unique style to FGFS, so this really puts a smile on my face and great to see some dudes out there that I haven’t seen ride in a while.
The format on this is interesting. For one: they combined trick track and FGFS. Not sure how I feel about that since the styles are hard to compare, but still cool to see everyone together. The bracket style play is interesting too. That format hasn’t really been adopted in the states, maybe it could be cool to implement?
RSK ended up taking the win on this one with Takashi taking 2nd place. Some solid riding all around though. I got word that they’re doing another competition in Osaka next. Maybe see you there?

Some real nice shred from trick track shredder Baek. He’s been really dialing in that Keo Curry smoothness lately, love it. Also love the sounds of those tires!
