While I was in New York in June, I had the pleasure of finally meeting the Colombian 700c shredder Esteban. I was familiar with his riding online, but watching him ride in person was extra fun. He charges everything with full speed with little regard for his own safety.
An important note with all this is that since I’ve left NY, Esteban has since been taken by ICE and deported back to Colombia. He was exposed to inhumane conditions and all of his things were abandoned in New York, leaving him to completely restart his life.
